How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order 1-2 weeks in advance for most custom cakes. For weddings, events, or detailed designs, 3-4 weeks is ideal. Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule.

Can you make custom designs based on photos or themes?

Absolutely. Send us inspiration photos, color palettes, or themes, and we’ll design a cake that’s uniquely yours. All decorations (butterflies, gold leaf, piping, toppers) can be customized.

How long do the cakes stay fresh?

Our cakes are freshly made and best enjoyed within 24-48 hrs. Store in the refrigerator and allow the cake to come to room temperature before serving.

Do you require a deposit?

We require full payment to be made at least 3 days before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be canceled up to 3 days before pickup or delivery for a partial refund, depending on ingredients and work already begun. Because all cakes are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once full payment has been made within the 3-day window.

Do you offer delivery in NYC?

Yes! We offer delivery across Manhattan and select NYC neighborhoods. Delivery fees vary based on distance and timing. Pickup is also available.
